Global Context

The Global context I have chosen in relation to my Personal Project is “Scientific and Technical Innovation”. It talks about understanding the natural world and the impact of human curiosity, creativity and invention on scientific knowledge and technological advancement.

 

My project shows how scientific research methods and technological innovation such as ancient DNA sequencing, 2D anatomical modeling, and bioinformatics give us the ability to study extinct animals like the Saber-Toothed Cat and compare them with living species like the Siberian tiger. These techniques help us to reconstruct evolutionary relationships and understand how species adapt and evolve over time.

 

Through my project, I want others to see and understand the beauty of how science and technology can come together and help bridge the past and the present. I want people to learn more about this fascinating topic and inspire curiosity about genetics, evolution and the role of innovation is discovering new knowledge

 

My context gives greater purpose to my project as I can show how technology changes the way we learn about life on Earth. This context makes an emphasis that understanding complex biological systems depends on scientific creativity and continuous technological progress. My project shows this by combining biological knowledge, digital 3D tools, and genomic databases to create a learning resource that visualizes scientific discovery in action.
